崗位職責1、扎實的電氣理論知識基礎2、熟知行業(yè)內部主流風機精細化維護，精通機組日常維護各項流程3、熟知行業(yè)內主流風機精細化維護、能夠知道現(xiàn)場開展此項工作4、編制所轄風電場每周安全、運營分析報告，制定糾偏及考核措施，提升管理水平，提高設備可靠性；5、落實所轄機組技術監(jiān)督、缺陷管理、設備治理、隱患治理相關工作，保障風電場設備可靠性高、平穩(wěn)運行；6、編制所轄風電場每周安全、運營分析報告，制定糾偏及考核措施，提升管理水平，提高設備可靠性7、完成領導交辦的其他臨時性工作及跨部門協(xié)同性工作。任職資格1、熟悉國家及電力行業(yè)安全生產管理相關規(guī)定；熟悉風力發(fā)電流程，了解國內外風機主流設備技術參數，具有新能源發(fā)電企業(yè)生產技術管理經驗和專業(yè)知識；了解新能源領域的新技術開發(fā)應用情況；具備解決風電場生產運行故障的能力及相關工作經驗3年及以上。2、有主機廠研發(fā)工作經歷和現(xiàn)場工作經歷3、本科及以上學歷，發(fā)電廠運行、新能源發(fā)電、電氣及相關專業(yè)；具有中級及以上職稱者優(yōu)先考慮4、能熟悉運用日常辦公軟件，具有較好的寫作能力；具有良好的溝通協(xié)調能力，具有較好的風險防范意識，較強的執(zhí)行力和協(xié)作意識，吃苦耐勞，服從公司安排。

Beijing Concord Operation and Maintenance Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. (Concord O&M for short) is a subsidiary of Concord New Energy Group（0182. HK）, and a leading comprehensive technology and service company in renewable energy industry.
